Includes an essay about procedures for patients' admission and discharge, a description of the sanatorium's grounds and buildings written by Robert Willison and C. D. Spivak, and correspondence. Also includes a photograph of the Beth Jacob Synagogue; the J.C.R.S. Poultry-Farm. The description of the grounds includes brief articles on the I. Rude Medical Building, First New York Ladies' Auxiliary Pavilion, Second New York Ladies' Auxiliary Pavilion, Isidor Hurwitz Library and Bookbindery, the Solarium, Administration Building, and the Nurses Home, etc.
