Sam Huddleston discusses the University Park area of Denver, Colorado, and the changes that have taken place since he moved to the area in 1949. He talks about development of Harvard Gulch Park, construction of I-25 (Denver's North-South Interstate Highway), noise from the increased traffic in the neighborhood, and commercial and residential development in the area. Huddleston also discusses how residents are trying to deal with emerging problems due to the increased population density and commercial growth in University Park.
