Ruth Geyer discusses changes that have taken place in the University Park area of Denver, Colorado, since moving to the neighborhood in 1920 including residential and commercial development, types of transportation systems and the number of trees as well as the amount of other types of vegetation. She notes that her mother helped raise funds to build the University Park Methodist Church. Geyer also talks about the neighborhood families that kept goats and cows on a vacant lot across from her house.
