Minutes of the Park Hill Action Committee (PHAC) from a meeting held on September 22, 1966 in Denver, Colorado. The minutes include the report on the Denver Fair Housing Center, cooperation with Colorado Woman's College, a Park Hill conservation plan, and a new philosophy and corresponding programs in city government to keep older neighborhoods from deteriorating. Minutes of the Board of Governors' meeting immediately following the general meeting report the unanimous election of the nominating committee's list of the officers and delegates of the PHAC's Board for the following year. Also included is a report of an October 10, 1966 follow-up committee meeting concerning publicity for the conservation plan.
