Minutes of the Park Hill Action Committee (PHAC) from a meeting held on June 29, 1964 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Denver, Colorado. The Human Relations Committee reported on a meeting with the City Council from the previous month, where Spanish-Americans and African-Americans ("Negroes" in the original document) aired multiple grievances, which led to a meeting the following month in the Governor's office concerning fair housing and fair employment for minority groups. The Real Estate Committee reported on a recently conducted census which indicated that 400 African-American families resided in the Park Hill neighborhood, in certain areas, consisting of up to 37% of the neighborhood population.
