Minutes of the Park Hill Action Committee (PHAC) from a meeting held on March 2, 1961 in Montview Presbyterian Church in Denver, Colorado. Some issues under discussion include: the incorporation of the Park Hill Action Committee, and statistics on the ratio of African-American to Caucasian home-buyers for sales of homes north of 26th Avenue, from Colorado Boulevard to Monaco. Also attached: a resolution of the PHAC encouraging residents not to discriminate based on race or ethnicity, to "forswear panicky selling when a Negro family moves into the new neighborhood, and to welcome their new neighbor as they would welcome any other family," as well as a fact sheet for PHAC "blockworkers."
