The Conference this year has proven to be the largest yet, with over 250 papers to be presented and the Atomic Spectroscopy Symposium has been greatly expanded from the preliminary program. My most humble apology is extended to those authors who we omitted in the preliminary program. Please check this directory for the most up to date information on the talks you wish to attend. This year we also have over 50 poster paper sessions and you can have one-to-one technical conversations with the authors while they are present. We are also pleased to host the Third Annual International E.P.R. Symposium.
