This year, with nearly 200 invited and submitted papers as well as an extensive equipment exhibition and short course/seminars on ion selective electrodes, inductively-coupled plasma spectroscopy and gas chrometography/mass spectrometry. We anticipate another substantial growth in attendance. In addition, am pleased to announce that this year we have an outstanding guest speaker for the Conference Banquet. Mr. Vance Brand, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, will speak about some of his experiences as the Apollo command module pilot on the Apollo-Soyez Test Project Mission.
